Warranty:
All products have a minimum 30 day warranty. Most come with a full year
up to a lifetime warranty. All warranties are clearly stated on every
proposal generated by DNI. General terms of agreement are as follows;
DNI will replace, repair or refund the original purchase price of the
item in the event the item cannot be repaired and there are no available
replacements on the market.
Free Market
value analysis:
Available to End User customers who want to be advised as to the value
of their network equipment. Not meant to be provided for resellers or
leasing companies. Resellers, Leasing companies, and Consultants please
email purchasing@dni-llc.com with any equipment for sale. We’ll
be happy to make an offer.
Quotes:
Verbal and written quotations are valid for 5 working days and
are subject to prior sale and availability. With any proposals older than
a week or so, please contact us for an updated quote. All equipment offered is pre-owned, tested, complete, and guaranteed to work "as new" unless specifically described as "NEW, from distribution channel or NEW direct from OEM".
Purchase
Orders:
Verbal agreements and Hard Copy POs are to be considered binding contracts
with DNI and cannot be amended or canceled without prior consent of both
parties.
Canceled
Orders:
Are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Payment Terms:
Company check, COD, Bank Wire, Paypal, (MC, VISA, amex, discover)
Net 30 for qualified customers
Shipping:
FEDEX, UPS, DHL, or any customer requested major courier. FOB New Jersey.
